Privacy & health information

Mass Torts Informer is presented by JAG Legal Group. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to callcenter@1800lawfirm.com or discussed by calling 1-800-LAW-FIRM.

Initial inquiries

The case-review form requests your name, email, phone, state, selected litigation, representation status, and permission to contact you about that inquiry. The selected litigation can reveal or imply sensitive health or personal information. The form does not request medical records, detailed injury narratives, Social Security numbers, or document uploads. Please do not send those materials through the initial form or ordinary email.

Use and delivery

When online delivery is enabled, inquiries are sent to callcenter@1800lawfirm.com for review by JAG Legal Group’s intake team. The hosting provider processes the request and an email delivery provider transmits it. Information is used to respond to your request and assess potential representation. We do not add advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or automated marketing messages in this edition. No sale of inquiry data is part of this site’s implementation.

Your choices

You may choose to call instead of using the form. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of permission for future contact, subject to applicable legal requirements. Contact the firm using the details above. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed or prevent retention required by law.

Technical information and retention

Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and request logs to host and secure the site. When the optional AWS intake service is deployed, API Gateway throttles request traffic. Inquiry details are transmitted to the firm’s inbox rather than saved in a site database. Any retained inbox records are controlled by the firm; contact the firm about retention or deletion. External court and administrator sites have their own privacy practices.

Children and sensitive matters

The form is intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian should contact the firm regarding a minor. Please avoid identifying a minor or describing an assault in an initial email.

No representation by submission

A submitted inquiry is not acceptance of representation. Do not assume information is protected by an attorney-client relationship before an attorney has confirmed the terms of representation. No security method can guarantee absolute confidentiality.
